Lovaghy Enterprise Video Help Page

Today's video formats are changing really fast. Our site follows them as possible, but it is not easy to foresee what will happen as there is a war between Google, Apple and other companies who posess these video fromats. Apple stopped to ship it's computers with flash player since october 2010, trying to make everybody follow their H.264 video format. In the meantime, Google who posess Youtube, is switching formats for the new open source ogg vorbis, leaving apple's H.264. Here's a list of all our video formats and how they can be played. At the bottom of the page we also provide you links to download additionnal software if you need installation. We did our best to provide you video formats that doesn't need any install, if you have problems reading all four formats, please write to our admin and he will help you as much as he can.

On the right side, you see what you need to play videos in a plateform.

Playing video into a web page is different for your computer than playing them into your favorite player. For example, Firefox, a web browser available on all 3 platforms won't play apple's iphone video files even on a mac with Quicktime 7. It is the only known browser that restrict these files, because it is open source and they don't want to pay a license to apple. If you run Firefox on a mac, please use the open source gallery, download the files to your disk and play them with quicktime afterwards.

If you still have problems with your computer's video software and you can't read any of our video formats, we suggest that you download and install VLC media player. It is completely free and will play all of our formats on any type of computer. It won't make your computer more able to play a movie within a web page, but it will make your computer able to read any type of downloaded movie. In that case please use the open source Ogg Vorbis Gallery, and click on the movie you want to download. You will then wait a minute until the download is done and open the downloaded movie in VLC.

Three of our four galleries are open for download, the Open Source Ogg Vorbis one, the Apple Iphone one, and the WMV one. The open source one is a download only gallery, clicking on a movie when you see all twelve of them will instantly download a movie to your computer, while the WMV and IPhone galleries provide a download link in every single movie page (when you see one movie not twelve), at the bottom right. That way you can download all 3 types of movies too and play them into your computer.

ps: You can also install codecs in a specific movie player, that way the player you use will enhance it's reading capabilities to lots of other movie formats.

Please note that VLC Player will not give your computer the ability to play more formats when a movie is embeded into a web page.

George Lovaghy was born in Budapest, Hungary 1956. He brings over 30 years of business experience with him. He first entered the Printing business in 1985 when he originated Lovaghy Technology which later changed it’s name to Master Flo Technology Inc. He introduced the very successful Master Flo automatic ink leveler which to date has sold over 6,000 units in North America.

Julius is the third of four brothers born in Montreal in 1959. He has had many years of experience in machining, assembly and quality control. Anything that leaves the door requires his certificate of approval before shipment. Julius joined Lovaghy Enterprise in 2006.

New video formats in the media gallery

In the Video Gallery button on the top menu there is now also 3 other formats, giving four versions of each of our movies.

First format (that we had in place before) is WMV, for Windows Media Player, for all windows systems.

Second one is H.264 mp4, widely used on iPhones, IPads, IPod Touch or new Macintosh computers.

Third one is the open source Ogg Vorbis format, spreading more and more on the web every day.

Fourth one is the Flash format, playable on most computers exept new Macintosh.

We hope that these new addons will help you see our machines in action, with any type of computer possible.

Also provided is a video help page wich guides you in case of a problem reading all four galleries.

HISTORY AND MISSION STATEMENT

BY GEORGE LOVAGHY, FOUNDER OF LOVAGHY ENTERPRISE INC.

Lovaghy Enterprise Inc is a family owned business, which was founded in 2001 by Mr. George Lovaghy to design, manufacture and sell new innovative state-of-the-art inline finishing equipment and other special equipment to printing companies for global consumption.

Lovaghy Enterprise’s principal focus has been to target web offset printing plants that print high volumes of advertising inserts, newspaper inserts, comic inserts, direct mail, catalogs and other commercial work that can use our equipment with or without the use of separators.

In 2001 Lovaghy introduced its primary product, which was the Separator Mark II, which featured a very simple, robust, user friendly, compact and reasonably priced separator that could take a stream of nested shingled copies from a press delivery and divide them into two separate streams.

In 2004 Lovaghy realized there could also be a good market for mobile inline quarter folders since high volume printers of advertising inserts could not quarter-fold their products while running multiple nested copies through a Separator/Deserter/Divider.   The idea was to design a mobile quarter folder that could run inline with a press and take delivery of half folded signatures from either the delivery of a press or from a Separator. With the cooperation of Transcontinental Printing, Lovaghy Enterprise Inc. was provided with a beta test site at the St. Hyacinthe plant to perfect the world’s fastest mobile inline finishing quarter folder.   The quarter folder went through six years of extensive testing, which resulted in a user friendly, state-of-the-art production model that can deal with a wide assortment of page sizes and pagination as specified in our product brochure.

In August 2007 Lovaghy Enterprise Inc. Introduced the Separator Mark III, which can handle up to three streams of products at the same time.   The separators and quarter folders also allow for other inline finishing equipment to be used such as trimmers prior to quarter folding the product.

Our mission is to provide inline finishing equipment that provides web offset printers with equipment that significantly improves production efficiency. We realize that in today’s highly competitive market the printer needs every innovative technology available to meet the growing demands from additional printing contracts to improving print capacity. We realize that there are critical equipment parameters necessary to remain competitive. A printer has to be able to deal with extra capacity during peak periods and allow for short turnaround times. Our products quite simply help you to reduce the production costs by enabling you to reduce the headcount in your plant while increasing overall capacity and maintaining quality products.

Our machines can be customized as per customer needs. As inventors we continue to provide solutions to printers in this competitive industry. If you have any particular problems, just send us a message with some details and chances are we can be of help to you.

Lovaghy Enterprise has established good long-standing relationships with top printing companies such as Transcontinental Printing, World Color, R.R. Donnelley, Rock Communication, Gannett Offset etc… For instance in 1985 George Lovaghy and John Lovaghy co-founded Lovaghy Technology Inc., which later changed its name to Master Flo Technology Inc. Most of the Master Flo products you see today are a result of their inventions, which are used by hundreds of printers throughout North America.    We consider the M410 automatic ink leveler to be the best in the world.   Well this is just one of the many products the Lovaghy brothers have developed over the past 25 years. Our products continue to improve print quality and automate tedious tasks while optimizing the print system.
